Justin D. Cobb serves as a Board Advisor to UniServe Wells Management LLC, bringing nearly two decades of hands-on field experience and executive leadership across well control, pressure control, wellhead intervention, tooling innovation, and critical well operations.

Justin currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of 3rd Degree Specialty Tools, LLC, a company specializing in well control, wellhead intervention, and critical well operations. In this role, he leads the company's strategic direction, overall operations, executive management, business growth, stakeholder engagement, regulatory alignment, and market positioning. He is responsible for setting corporate goals, guiding operational decisions, supporting profitability, strengthening company culture, and ensuring that the organization delivers safe, technically sound, and responsive solutions to clients.

His career combines deep field execution with senior leadership experience. Before becoming Chief Executive Officer of 3rd Degree Specialty Tools, LLC, Justin served as Managing Director, Tooling Strategy and Innovation for Extreme Machining Services, where he led the development and implementation of advanced tooling solutions for complex field challenges. His earlier experience includes roles as Wellhead Intervention Manager for Eagle Pressure Control, Well Control Specialist for Stellar Well Control and Boots & Coots, and Level 3 Field Service Technician and Service Manager for Wood Group Pressure Control.

As a well control specialist and wellhead intervention leader, Justin has served as both team lead and team member on well control, wellhead intervention, and critical maintenance projects across international and domestic locations. His experience covers offshore, inland-water, and onshore operations, including assignments performed in extreme-temperature environments and densely populated areas.

Justin's technical expertise includes pressure tapping, hot tapping, cold tapping, field machining, valve drilling, cryogenic conventional and dynamic freezing, dry-ice freezing, blowout capping, well and rig fire response, wellhead audits, snubbing operations support, and critical wellhead maintenance and intervention. His tooling strategy background also includes directing the design, prototyping, testing, and lifecycle management of specialized tools engineered to improve safety, efficiency, and field performance.

Justin maintains a strong portfolio of industry certifications, including BOSIET and FOET offshore survival training, WSTC rope-access certification, IADC Workover, Completion & Well Servicing, Supervisory, IADC Drilling Surface/Subsea, Supervisory, PEC SafeLand / SafeGulf, and HASC Basic Plus.

As part of the UniServe Advisory Board, Justin strengthens the company's capability in wellhead intervention, tooling strategy, pressure-control execution, operational leadership, and critical well response.
