Jeremy Fishback serves as a Board Advisor to UniServe Wells Management LLC, bringing nearly two decades of experience in well control, well intervention, wellhead services, operational leadership, and critical well operations.

Jeremy currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of 3rd Degree Specialty Tools, LLC, a company specializing in well control, wellhead intervention, and critical well operations. In this role, he oversees the company's overall operations, including production, logistics, service delivery, process optimization, performance management, resource coordination, and operational execution. He works closely with executive leadership across finance, sales, human resources, and engineering to translate strategic direction into disciplined field and business operations.

His leadership combines executive oversight with strong hands-on operational readiness. Jeremy oversees routine inspection and maintenance, equipment reliability, troubleshooting, repairs, spare parts management, inventory planning, and maintenance scheduling to reduce downtime and keep field operations properly supported. His approach emphasizes safety, equipment readiness, documentation discipline, and fast root-cause resolution when mechanical, electrical, or technical issues arise.

Jeremy's career includes extensive experience with Boots & Coots, one of the most recognized names in emergency well control. Before his current role, he served as Intervention and Prevention Subject Matter Expert for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where he established the Boots & Coots lubricator and Special Services division in-country. His earlier roles with Boots & Coots included Well Control Specialist and Safeguard Supervisor, supporting prevention and intervention operations from Houston, Texas, and Basra, Iraq.

He built his technical foundation in field operations as a Service Technician with Wood Group, GE Oil & Gas, in Dew, Texas, and later with Cactus Wellhead in Madisonville, Texas. In those roles, he installed, repaired, and maintained new and refurbished wellhead equipment, gaining frontline experience with surface pressure-control systems, wellhead equipment, and mechanical field execution.

Jeremy's combination of executive leadership, international project experience, well control expertise, intervention and prevention knowledge, and hands-on wellhead service background makes him a valuable member of the UniServe Advisory Board. His operational judgment strengthens UniServe's focus on safety, efficiency, equipment readiness, service reliability, and disciplined execution across critical well operations.
